Third-Party Monitoring | Cash for Work and Agriculture Voucher Program in Northern Syria

Trust carried out a third-party post-distribution monitoring assignment to validate activities conducted by PIN in northern Syria under a Cash for Work and agricultural voucher distribution program. A targeted scope for the study was defined by PIN to verify the integrity of the programs, and Trust conducted 84 surveys covering all project beneficiaries and 33 KIIs with various stakeholders, including Local Council members, community representatives, PIN staff, and local vendors.  At the conclusion of the assignment Trust provided PIN with a detailed report documenting project activities and beneficiaries’ satisfaction.
