Capacity Development

Sharing our expertise with humanitarian and development actors in the Middle East and South Asia

Our Capacity Development department was created to meet the growing need for professionalization and accountability across the humanitarian and international development sectors, including local teams at the forefront of responding to crisis-affected populations’ needs.

Our training programs aim to enable organizations and practitioners to improve the impact, sustainability, effectiveness and efficiency of their activities while ensuring that the needs and concerns of the communities they work with are respected.

We partner with recognized national and international specialists in their fields to design and deliver innovative tailored or open trainings, for organizations as well as for individual professionals, in a format customised to answer their learning needs and to help them get the most out of their projects.
