Our Capacity Development department was created to meet the growing need for professionalization and accountability across the humanitarian and international development sectors, including local teams at the forefront of responding to crisis-affected populations’ needs.
Our training programs aim to enable organizations and practitioners to improve the impact, sustainability, effectiveness and efficiency of their activities while ensuring that the needs and concerns of the communities they work with are respected.
We partner with recognized national and international specialists in their fields to design and deliver innovative tailored or open trainings, for organizations as well as for individual professionals, in a format customised to answer their learning needs and to help them get the most out of their projects.

Our team of trainers can create and deliver bespoke training solutions to cope with the specific challenges of your organization, or adapt our extensive existing material according to demands previously identified by our teams.
Each course is developed in collaboration with your organization to meet the challenges and needs specific to your context and area of activity, and are suitable for local and international NGOs, as well as government bodies, civil society organizations or private sector organizations.
As of 2024, our team developed and delivered 110 capacity building activities for clients, reaching 3576 trainees across 6 countries in Türkiye, Libya, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and Pakistan.
Our trainings include a variety of topics as Strategic Planning, Project Management, Data Collection, Analysis and Visualization, Monitoring & Evaluation, Humanitarian Standards, GBV Case Management, Child Protection or Market-Based Livelihoods among others.
