Third-Party Monitoring and Evaluation

Project Presentation

Trust was contracted to conduct a baseline, mid-term, and end-line evaluations as well as Third-Party Monitoring and Evaluation (TPM).

The purpose of the TPM was to produce an independent triangulation of the monitoring data collected by the organization, as well as to ensure accountability of interventions for all beneficiaries and community members in the area.

The end-evaluation aimed to provide an independent assessment of the projects activities per workplan, traingulate monitoring and to conduct a comparative analysis of baseline indicators versus end-line indicators of BHA.

Trust adopted a mixed-method approach involving KIIs, FDGs, surveys, observations, and desk review. These tools were developed following the OECD/DAC criteria and BHA food security indicators. “
