Third-Party Monitoring

Trust conducted a TPM on the food voucher project in Syria, where Trust monitored one round of voucher redemption, through on-site field visits to participating vendor stores during redemption periods, in addition to surveying participating vendors and beneficiaries, as well as interviewing staff and community leaders, to verify the procedure of the voucher project. Objectives of the assignment was to ensure the project was delivered as per standards, including the availability and quality of redeemable food items, convenience of the assistance, safety and security measures.
