Third-Party Monitoring

The purpose of the TPM project was to enhance World Vision’s response exiting remote monitoring systems to verify outputs and capture implementation challenges and successes.

The main objectives of the TPM exercise are to:

Assess and verify the up to date accomplishments against the anticipated targets/ plans;

Assess accessibility of project resources for all community members;

Conduct direct observation and on-site verification of project activities

Assess the quality of service, beneficiary satisfaction and perceptions

Assess effectiveness and coverage of current beneficiary feedback mechanisms in place

Identify implementation gaps and suggest recommendations. “
