The objective of the evaluation was to monitor project activities for a two-month period, from March to April 2022, using the OECD/DAC criteria, focusing on the primary criteria of relevance, coherence, and quality of the program, as well as assessing the secondary criteria of efficiency and effectiveness. As such the main TPM activities included the following:
