Project Presentation

The purpose of the TPM was to provide an independent and neutral first-hand assessment regarding the progress, performance and achievements of the project of the organization in Syria through identifying weaknesses, challenges, lessons learnt and best practices. The monitoring exercise assessed the project by conducting an evidence-based analysis built on a comprehensive methodology comprising key informant interviews (KIIs), surveys and site observations, as well as triangulation of data from varied sources in order to strengthen the validity of findings. The approach of the TPM was two-folded, focusing on:

Accountability (Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact, Coherence, and Sustainability)

Learning and recommendations (Lessons learned, best practices and recommendations)”
