Post-Distribution Monitoring | PIN’s Cash for Work and Food Kits Distribution

Project Presentation

Trust was contracted by People in Need to conduct post-distribution monitoring of a Cash for Work project and food kit distribution in Northern Syria. The research methodology involved a combination of 17 KIIs, 16 beneficiary interviews and 5 direct observation checklists. The objective of the research was to firstly monitor the distribution procedure including safety and security, correct practices and procedures and to give an overview of the distribution facilities. Secondly, protection mainstreaming was monitored to ensure distribution points were suited to vulnerable members of the population and lastly, visibility of PIN and the donor organisation was monitored. A report of key findings was produced based on the data collected.
