Multi-Sectoral Needs Assessment for World Vision

Trust along with its partner iAPS have carried out a rapid needs assessment in Syria on behalf of World Vision to identify top priority needs. This contributed towards World Vision’s future programming and humanitarian assistance intervention. Data was collected by Trust’s fieldworks over the first two weeks of October 2016 using household surveys, FGDs with community members and KIIs with community leaders. Surveys were analysed using descriptive analysis techniques, and FGDs and KIIs were analysed using a thematic analysis approach. Based on the key findings, recommendations for future humanitarian assistance in the three areas under study were made by the partners.
