Midline Evaluation

The assignment was conducted using the OECD/DAC Evaluation criteria, making the necessary adjustments to a mid-program evaluation in order to inform future program design and sustainability. Trust reviewed and assessed the partner’s previous contract with the organization, as well as the most recent contractual agreement which consisted in delivering the services to the beneficiary community. Additional activities under this evaluation included:

To assess the delivery of services commissioned by the partner through its service supplier contracts to the organization.

To identify the impact and satisfaction results that can be attributed to the activities implemented by the organization and its partner.

To provide an analysis using the OECD evaluation criteria of relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability of the mentorship activities.

To identify best practices, lessons learned and points for improvement regarding the provision of the mentorship services and suggest exit strategies.”
