End of Term Evaluation | Joint Syria Response 2020 Project

Trust Consultancy & Development was contracted to conduct an end of term evaluation for War Child Holland (WCH) to assess the project in which WCH supported three local partners implementing activities concerning WASH, health, nutrition, education, and protection in Northwest Syria. Trust evaluated the effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and learning of the project and identified lessons learned from project implementation. Trust used a mixed-method evaluation, including a desk review, KIIs, and household surveys. This evaluation reviewed coordination between War Child Holland and other implementing partners and consortium members, and assessed the achievements of project activities and outcomes at the field level. Data was gathered from beneficiary households, WCH and implementing partner staff, and key community members.
