Impact Evaluation | Influences on the Delivery of Livelihood Aid

Project Presentation

Trust Consultancy & Development, together with its partner Bridging Peoples, conducted research on the impact of aid delivery on livelihoods in Syrian cities.

The study aimed to explore the positive and negative impacts of vouchers on community member livelihoods and local economics in both conflict-affected cities, and investigated prospects for economic recovery. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, including household surveys, FGDs with beneficiaries, and in-depth KIIs with different stakeholder groups. As part of the research process, a Chatham House Workshop was held with several aid practitioners to present initial findings and discuss relevant topics around the impact of aid delivery in Syria.
