Final Evaluation

The core objective of this evaluation is to assess the effectiveness of project activities in contributing to the overarching project objective and anticipated  outcomes, as well as achieving Year 2 outputs. Additionally, it seeks to extract valuable insights from Year 2  programming experiences and gauge the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the implemented  activities during this period including collecting best practices and lessons learned to inform the third year of  the project. Thus, within the framework of the assignment’s intended purposes, Trust assessed:

• The extent of the organization and its partners positive influence on achieving the project’s overarching goals and  outcomes.

• The achievement of output and activity targets.

• The discernible impact (positive and or negative) of project activities on enhancing participant livelihoods sustainably.

• The efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the project implementation.

• Noteworthy practices and lessons learned to enhance this program future implementation.
