The purpose of the summative evaluation was to assess the extent to which project outcomes were achieved and establish the extent to which the project achieved its objectives. The evaluation will also assess the contribution of the project to overall health, nutrition and protection outcomes. The evaluation was also designed to capture and document the lessons learned, best practices identified in the course of project implementation and provide recommendations to inform future programming
