Final Evaluation

This evaluation assessed the achievements and learning of the project, thereby informing future programs through lessons learned and generated best practices. The evaluation also provided an independent external perspective to promote accountability toward project stakeholders. Based on the (OECD) evaluation criteria of Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact, and Sustainability — this evaluation captured the entire project duration, focusing on the key evaluation questions and the organization’s performance and project delivery.
