Final Evaluation

The overarching purpose of the final evaluation is to assess the appropriateness, timeliness, relevance, and effectiveness of the intervention to achieve its objective of enabling vulnerable and displaced households to meet their food needs through the distribution of cash for food. Within such, Trust reached the following objectives:

To assess the achievement of the activity in relation to the goal, sector objective and targets.

To determine the appropriateness, relevance, effectiveness, and sustainability of project interventions in the context of the target areas.

To capture intended and unintended changes in behaviours, actions, capacities, and relationships of program stakeholders.

To assess the implementation of interventions (successes, challenges, constraints) and provide recommendations to improve the program going forward.

To identify project lessons learned (positive and negative) to facilitate implementation of future projects. Specifically, this will inform the modality of future emergency assistance in the region.
