Trust Consultancy & Development was contracted to conduct an Evaluation of Solidarités International’s regular and emergency WASH, Shelter and NFI response in the districts of Northwest Syria. The evaluation assessed the functionality of infrastructure and services such as water supply, solid waste management, and latrines, the appropriateness of distribution modalities (in-kind, cash and vouchers), and the project responsiveness to changes with a focus on the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic.
To conduct this research, Trust used a mixed-methods approach through a desk review of secondary data, and primary data collection using KIIs, GIDIs, observations and exit interviews.
