Trust was contracted to conduct a summative evaluation of the project’s processes, appropriateness, timeliness, relevance, effectiveness and impact of the project. The evaluation will assess the project’s achievement of its objective to provide multipurpose cash assistance (MPCA), non-food items (NFI), for work (CfW), and psychosocial support (PSS) in order to enable vulnerable and displaced HHs to meet their basic needs and increase resilience. The evaluation will also assess outcomes against the project indicators.
