Endline Evaluation

The objective of this evaluation was to assess whether the project’s principal objective of ‘alleviating suffering and improving the resilience of conflict-affected communities in targeted locations, by ensuring access to integrated essential health, nutrition and protection services’ has been met and to identify its achievements, challenges, lessons learnt and best practices. This evaluation defined the following objectives:

• Assessing the achievement of project objectives and overall goals

• Assessment of the project based on the OECD/DAC criteria

• Verification of the activities and the quality of services at the health facilities

• Assessment of perceived change versus actual change.

The OECD/DAC evaluation criteria consisting of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability formed the evaluation framework and guided the development of data collection and analysis. “
