‘’Samaritan’s Purse Türkiye first engaged with Trust Consultancy and Development services in January 2017 for the purpose of conducting a multi-sectoral needs assessment inside Syria. The overall experience was very positive and we were very satisfied with the service and the process. The staff at Trust is courteous and friendly and more importantly, very knowledgeable and cooperative. They offered regular updates by email and phone and were very flexible in terms of coping with some changes that we requested. In addition to fulfilling the requirements of our agreement, Trust continued to follow up with answers to our questions even after the agreement had officially ended. We have contracted with Trust’s third-party service again for two more projects and are having another positive experience collaborating with them.’’
