Lea Lyngø manages our TPM and Research Department, supporting project managers, officers, and technical consultants throughout all project cycles. With a background in anthropology, Lea has graduated with a joint MA degree in Humanitarian Action from Uppsala University. At Trust, Lea has been conducting research, evaluations, and third-party monitoring in the MENA region since 2020. As a consultant, Lea specializes in Protection including CP, GBV, and MHPSS, Health, and WASH, and she is Trust’s focal point for qualitative methodology and safeguarding protocols.
