Charlotte Krog is the Chief Executive Officer of Trust Consultancy & Development. She is also the Projects Manager of the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Department.She is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s strategy, team and operations across all Trust’s departments. Charlotte leads the firm in its mission to deliver the best client results. She also supervises all third-party monitoring projects by assessing the status and performance of the projects, and provide an unbiased perspective on the issue and status, and making recommendations for improvement.
Charlotte holds an MSc in International Humanitarian Action from the University College of Dublin, where she specialized in Protection in humanitarian action and a BS in Social Work from VIA University College with Child Protection specialization. Prior to joining Trust, Charlotte worked in the Emergency department of Viborg Municipality, namely managing child protection.
