Pakistan Office Courses – Cancellation Policy

Places on TRUST courses are limited and we therefore operate a cancellation policy on refund or transfer of course fees. Incase of queries feel free to contact us by email: Pakistan@trustconsultancy.org.

OPEN COURSES

  1. Once we have received your application for the training course, you will be liable for 100% of the fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation at least 5 working days prior to the course. In case of failing to do so, 50% of the fee will be deducted. 

  2. In the event of cancellation of a training event by TRUST, we will endeavor to inform all participants at least 3 days before the course, although please be aware that this is not always possible due to prevailing situations and uncertainties. In such cases, all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including flights, accommodation etc.

  3. Where TRUST changes course dates, participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.

 

CUSTOMIZED/ON DEMAND COURSES

Once we have received confirmation from the client organization/agency will be liable for 50% of the fee in advance and 50% after completion of the assignment unless we receive written notification of cancellation two (2) weeks prior to the course. In case of failing to do so, 30% of the fee will be charged.
