The Trust Approach to Training

The TRUST training method is highly interactive and based on the latest principles of adult learning. Our training material is developed in-house and designed to match the methodology using customized modules to meet the specific needs of diverse organizations, while incorporating best practice from standardized project management tools.During current capacity building projects and past, TRUST has developed tailored modules in local languages on a wide range of topics such as donor engagement and proposal writing, humanitarian principles, and monitoring and evaluation. Our team has experience delivering training to large groups of NGOs as well as to individual organizations depending on jointly identified needs.
