Advanced Organizational Advocacy & Communications offers the chance to learn about organizing work flow within a CSO or entity, enhance intra-work communications for better productivity, along with prevention, reduction, and resolution of workplace conflict, doing periodic literature review and strategic planning within CSOs and other entities
Course objective is to pass on the skills of organizational advocacy & communications within the workplace, enhancing productivity and providing skills to interact, manage, and deal with everyday encounters at CSOs and other organizational entities, Conflict resolution module also makes it easier for managers, staff, and SMTs to handle small and large teams with good leadership skills.
