Seba Salim is a Project Officer within the Third-Party Monitoring and Research department, where she has made significant contributions to a variety of projects focused on protection, food security, livelihoods, and education. She has played an instrumental role in needs assessments, third-party monitoring projects, and evaluations, working with esteemed organizations and donors such as Save the Children, Mercy USA, IMC, Expertise France, BHA, and FCDO/DFID.In addition to her project work, Seba also supports the TPM and Research Department Manager with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and strategic oversight.With an MSc in International Crimes, Conflict, and Criminology from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, and a BA in Communication and Information Studies, she brings a solid academic foundation to her role. Seba is proficient in desk/literature reviews, tool development, qualitative data analysis, and report writing. Fluent in both English and Arabic, she leverages her linguistic and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
