The five-day training course took trainees through different aspects of Logistics and Procurement by discussing and analyzing the theory but also by examining real-life events and scenarios. Staff from SEMA, Syria Relief, Relief International and IYD attended the four day course, which took trainees through the policies and procedures of USAID to be followed after grant acquisition. The course included general compliance, audit, procurement and financial reporting. Trainees participated in group discussions, activities and case studies to understand the regulations and procedures through working with materials and thinking in terms of real life scenarios.
