With all the advancement achieved in different industries internationally, more than half of the projects still fail in one or more aspects especially budget, quality and time. The main reason for this failure remains that project managers, as well as functional managers, still fail to prepare adequate plans for different aspects such as communication, risk and resource management. This course will help you better plan for the risks in the organization and relevant projects

This course will provide you with the skills necessary to develop a proper framework to manage risks throughout the organization, plan for risk management, qualitatively and quantitatively analyze risks and prepare response plans for threats and opportunities.
It will be supported with real life scenarios, templates and exercises. This course is your first step in preparing to obtain the PMI-RMP® credential offered by Project Management Institute PMI®
